Flat Bottom Hull
A flat bottomed boat is best, as the river, lake or pond may be shallow in places. A punt, propelled by a pole, is one such flat bottomed water craft.
Hulls are on ships not in ponds.
A jet tunnel hull would be fantastic for ponds. With that hull design, a jet outboard can be mounted so its skeg doesn't extend below the keel of your boat.

Biodegradable, non-toxic, and phosphate-free products are good options for cleaning vessels without harming lakes. Look for eco-friendly boat cleaners that are specifically designed to be safe for aquatic ecosystems. Additionally, using a brush or cloth instead of harsh chemicals can help minimize the impact on the lake.
This depends on the hull. Also is it a vee hull, semi vee hull, or modified vee hull? Deadrise (the angle of the vee on the hull bottom) and strakes (outward ribs running along the length of the hull's bottom) also plays a factor in the drag force. The best bet is to call the manufacturer to determine this.
A bilge keel is a small blister running along the side of a ship's hull, used to reduce the hull's tendency to roll.
