What do you do when you cant turn the rings on the door needing the ebony claw in the quest of the Jagged Crown in Skyrim?
Leave through the last autosave door, (the last door that shows a loading screen) then re-enter the door, and go back to the claw door. If the rings still don't move, try going all the way out of the dungeon, then returning. If the rings do turn, sometimes the correct combination will not work. If this happens, try turning the rings one at a time, turn the top ring, then the middle, then the lowest. Then start at the top and repeat until the correct order is reached again. Then try the claw.

i had the same problem some times if you go thru the dungeon wrong the door will not work try loading a save just before you went thru the dungeon again just if you are following an npc or with npc (other then people following you) listen to them (i had this problem in the jagged crown Quest and when it tells you to find a way around the ambush point i ran thru the door and slaterd the imperials and the rings wore all on the dragon and i could not use it but when i went thru the side and shot all the imperials with my bow the door worked
