Marluxia was only stronger than the rest of the Castle Oblivion residents of the organization, so Marluxia isn't stronger than all the other members. He was only stronger than a little over half of the members. He was seen as a threat by Xemnas and Saix and was sent to Castle Oblivion under the secret supervision of Axel. Little did Marluxia know that he was meant to be killed by Sora.

Every time that he progresses through a world, he goes up one floor in Castle Oblivion; losing more and more memories each time. Marluxia's plan fails when Sora learns of Namine's actions and defeats Marluxia and the rest of the above-ground members of the Organization.

It is impossible for Roxas to love Namine, for multiple reasons. The first, and most obvious reason, is that Roxas and Namine are both Nobodies, and therefore lack the capability to "love". The second reason is that Tetsuya Nomura (Director/Character Designer) has stated that NO in-game relationships will occur within the series.
