Well IDK if you guys can do this but I had to go on to another entire desktop on my computer to play battlefield Heroes and battlefield P4F... I have vista though I dont know if you do or not

there can be 4 reasons. One, you may not have an account. Make an account! Second, you may not have installed it on your computer. Press play now and follow the instructions. Thirdly, you may have to verify your account. Go to your email and check for an email from Battlefield heroes and it will tell you what to do or it could be offline .. making an update :D

if your laptop has the hp quickweb function then try booting it through that i think that it is the f5 button to launch it when your computer is shut down. let me know if this works. :)
Why wont your cp let you launch sims 3 when you did it before?
most of the time it is something to do with the launcher, for me to fix it either take the disk out and reload it or take the disk out and restart the computer then reload the game. hope this helps.
