No one really knows but I felt a little bad for Waluigi since he didn't have a girlfriend so I did some research and it maybe that Princess Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy might love him but its still unknown so it looks like he got lucky since there was no romance for him but it might not be this might not be true but he still got lucky so now.
