Black 2 & White 2 - take Keldeo to Pledge Grove which is located behind Alder's house in Flocessy Town. Touch the rock at the end and the rock will remind Keldo the Secret Sword attack. Once it learns Secret Sword, it will instantly switch into its Resolute Form.
