iTunes has a variety of free full games available in the iTunes store, for the iPhone or other iOS interface. Blackberry also has many full games as well. There are plenty of websites with free flash games. Also, many games are now fully free but ad sponsored.
lime wire is OK. The one thing is 99% of the stuff is illegal, and the downloads range from 500kbps to nothing at all, to the ultimate crap shoot. I recommend going pro on lime wire (or frost wire), and making sure you are downloading flash games, otherwise, you can get around 40 piracy charges per game, 87 for rockband2.
Install mozilla firefox, then download the addon "Download Flash and Video". Head to some game website like Shatter Games(my personal favorite) and then click downward arrow button in the bottom right corner. This will let you download the game.
