The second time mecha dog is at the zoo. Go in the aligator's cage and in the corner there will be a hole that you go in. Its like a maze in there. At one point you will get to a big space. Go towards the left and mecha dog will be in there.

Fist of all all DS games are created the same. The mecha-dog hides or runs of a lot of times. I would say maybe 3 to 4 times. I have to double check where I found him but I will tell you were to find him at each time he runs away.

If you take the gondola up the mountain, most people find him by Johnny's house. Someone I know found him by Torijo's house. It's different everytime you turn off your game. I found Mecha dog in the area where Johnny is at the top of the screen.
