When you first enter team aqua's base at Lilycove City there is a door at the back. In the next room there are 2 warp panels use the one in the left. In the next room there will be a warp panel on the other side, just go around and then use it. The next room has lots of panels, when you first enter go to the one on the far left. Next use the middle one (you don't really have a choice). then the one on the left. On the next room use the far left NOT the center. You will now be in the room with the master ball. Top left is the maser ball, bottom left is another item, the other two are electrodes. Have Fun!!! (Voltex)
In the team aqua hideout near lillycove city. There is a room with 4 pokeballs in it, two of them are electrodes and one is a max revive or something and the ball in the top left corner is the masterball!
