you can get a exp.share either from the lottery thing in jubalife(must match)or in the eturna south exit( which is down)and lucas's dad (The scienctist) will give it to you if you seen 30 or more Pokemon of the sinnoh dex. I got that on SEREBII.NET/POKEMON
