if im not mistaken skidrow is the one that takes place in the Middle East with that one area in the middle with all the rubble. there is a bridge to your right just before you go under the arch to get to the market looking area (if you respawned near the place with the large truck right behind you and the road blocks one with a minigun on top) going under the bridge it's very hard to be seen by others and it's easy to pick off enemies coming under or over that arch. this is a good position because you can go either on top or underneath the bridge which is good because the more you move around the harder it is for your enemies to see you/ find you. it's fun to trick them by moving around. i have gotten several nukes in that spot alone. hope this helps
