You can't. the only way to gain an enchanted battle core is to shop on cysero's shop (in falador 1 space right) in the pet orb thing in the far left. you can only buy it with i think it was about 35-40 DRAGON COINS.

you need to buy it from cysero, which is in the chicken cow armor, you need some dragoncoins if you want it.
you'll first need 25 dragon coins. go to Cysero's (cas-erry-o) on the complete left side.talk to the orb. go to the shop. you'll see enchanted battle core.
