You can get a bouncer from your friends, its another free give away, you used to only be able to send items but now u can send boosts when you go into the game. I'm unsure if there is any other way of getting one, ask a member or your mafia to send you one when they get the chance if you really want one but you can get boosts from vaulting collections also.
