Jump on the small platforms until you get to the medium platform with spikes coming out of the sides. A tiny moving platform will come. Jump onto it. When it reaches the other side, jump onto the opposite side of the spiked platform. Go left. You will enter a room with a carving on the wall. Follow the carving and you will see a big vase with green stuff on top of it. Jump onto the vase. The vase holds the key ingredient.
