In the pub at Loch Ness, you play darts to win tickets. You will click on your dart, and move it over to the board. Then click the mouse and DON'T LET GO until you are ready to throw. After your aim point (X) is set, pull the dart back -- slide your mouse backward -- then let go.
The farther you "pull back" (move lower), the higher the dart will go. By varying your distance from the aim point (X), you can get the dart to land higher or lower on the board. If you don't pull back at all, it will fall to the floor. If you pull too far, the dart will hit above the board. Generally, a lowering of about 1/2 the width of the dart board from the X will send the dart to the X point.
1.Darts is the game to be played with patience and with concentration.
2.Player has to keep a distance of at least 96 inches from dartboard.
3. Hold the dart properly with 3 fingers
4. While taking position, put your right foot forward.
Basically
The aim of the game is to start with a set figure. this is usually 101, 201, 301 401 etc
You play darts by throwing the dart against the board in to the colored areas - around the outside perimeter of the board are numbers starting at the top with 20 then next right segment is one etc. - A play aims to hit the highest amount of points in 3 darts - each throw is deducted from the original starting amount.
When looking at a dart board you will see the board also has rings (see question picture above) - an outer ring if a dart land in the section is doubled i.e. a double 20 = 40 the inner ring is tripled there is a centre ring that scores 25 and the bull in the centre scores 50.
When you bring down the score you try to leave yourself an even number to finish the game - to score this number you will need to get the dart in the outer ring section i.e if you have 40 points left you will aim for the double 20 (20x2=40). The game is over and you win. However, if you hit any number other than the double 20 then this is taken from the score and you have to throw to bring the score again to an even number. Again you try to score the whole amount by hitting the double. If at any point you throw a dart and the score you hit exceeds the double then you "bust" and the next player will have their turn. The first to zero wins you throw the dart at the board and try to get a higher number to get a double
In the pub. First the old guy at the lower left corner (who will give you a rowboat ticket. You will take a picture and bring it to mews. It is just tires) then the bratty boy who will give you a sub ticket (go to the bottom of the water and you will find a "Fake Nessie" attached to a boat. I don't know what to do next.
Its a mystery...
