no, scourge is on morrowind only
You can't, you can only get it in "The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind"
The Daedric Crescent Blade is in Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Bethesda included an artifact book from Morrowind in Oblivion, but many of the artifacts cannot be found in Oblivion.
daedric
In original, non-edited Morrowind, the best Light Amour is Glass, the best Medium Amour is Ordinator and the best Heavy Amour is Daedric. in game of the year best light is glass or Dark brotherhood, best medium is adamantium or royal guard, and best heavy is deadric or high ordinator, especially the Her armor, which is high ordinator that increases all of your stats.
no
You can't really find any "Fiend" weapon that's disenchanted, because the whole point of a fiend weapon is for it to be enchanted with a bound spell. If you're looking for good weapons that are disenchanted you just need to raid Daedric Shrines.
The book Tamrielic Lore was originally written for the game Morrowind, and so the items described in it are all found in Morrowind, but not all of them are found in Oblivion. They are: Lord's Mail, Ebony Mail, Spell Breaker, Chrysamere, Staff of Magnus, Warlock's Ring, Ring of Phynaster, Ring of Khajiit, Mace of Molag Bal, Masque of Clavicus Vile, Mehrunes Razor, Cuirass of the Saviour's Hide, Spear of Bitter Mercy, Daedric Scourge, Bow of Shadows, Fists of Randagulf, Ice Blade of the Monarch, Ring of Surroundings, Boots of the Apostle, Mentor's Ring, Ring of the Wind, Vampiric Ring, Eleidon's Ward, Staff of Hasedoki, The Bloodworm Helm, Dragonbone Mail, Skull Crusher, Goldbrand, Fang of Haynekhtnamet, Umbra, Denstagmer's Ring, Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw, and Daedric Crescent Blade. Oblivion players will recognize Spell Breaker, Ring of Khajiit, Masque of Clavicus Vile, Mehrunes Razor, Saviour's Hide, Bloodworm Helm, Goldbrand, Umbra and the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw.
the bound sword is a bound daedric claymore. that weapon is tied with the daedric warhammer.
No Morrowind is a one player game, but I've heard of a failed beta of an online Morrowind for the PC.
All of "arena" is not as graphic as morrowind by quite alot. So everywhere you look morrowind is going to look better, but they are both fun.
In the original game, Daedric is the strongest, Ebony is the second, though some weapon types do the same as Daedric. If you've got Dawnguard installed, Daedric is the second strongest, after Dragonbone.
