To unlock an armor certain requirements must be met usually this is by completing a quest chain and gain certain items, for example Soul Weaver (Ravenloss) you need to complete the quest chain and find Shard of Spiritlooms from Tomix's random quests (3 to unlock the Armor then 1 for each skill)
