It can be used to evolve Nidorina, Nidorino, Clefairy, and Jigglypuff. But once they've evolved, they won't learn any more moves except by TM (except for Nidoqueen learning Body Slam at Level 24 and Nidoking learning Thrash at Level 23), so I'd recommend waiting to use the Moon Stone until they've learned all the moves they can.
