try ebay,amazon,yard sales,gamestop,flea markets etc.
It'd be hard to find one these days, try charity shops or car boot sales.
About 50.00 - 60.00 bucks depending on current sales. The slim model usually is about 10.00 more than the standard ps2 They are higher because the PS2 game consoles are sold as Gamestop refurbished and not as used
I would say EBay, but if it's not low enough go to Game-Stop and get a used one. The Most you need to pay is $30 at Gamestop and $25 pre owned. You can find them cheaper and even Gamestop has sales

it depends which gamestop you go to. i got Pokemon xd at gamestop
At any store that sales games such as Gamestop, Gamecrazy, Walmart, maybe even costco. If you cannot find it at one of those stores google it or look on ebay.
gamestop is not a product, it is a service.
