Easiest way that I know how to do is open the file, then go to File in upper left corner and select (save as) and select where you want it to go, if it comes up as a window that states SAVE IN -my document - or what ever it says, select the small down arrow to the right of it and select what device you want it to go to. If it is already in My Documents, open my documents and find the file, right click with your mouse and select -send to -and then select what drive you want it to go to.
