Each rescued spy gives you an overlay with part of the codes. When you have all three, it reads "LASER", "HAIR", "REMOVAL". Each of the three passcodes is entered separately at the transporter computer in the BAD satellite control station.

The passcodes are entered ONE AT A TIME in the transporter controls at the BAD Hideout to the right of Toupee Terrace. Once you have rescued the three spies, and have the Ultra Vision Googles (and the Fingerprint from the BAD Bistro), you can enter the control station. Inside you will need the codes to unlock the transporter.

For messages, line up the letters on the decoder : the code letter goes in red and the real letter in green. Then looking at each code letter, the real one is next to it on the green letters.

The 3 passcodes are formed by overlays. Getting all three will show you the words.
