The only phones that work with SIM cards anymore are cellular one (AT&T) and i think Verizon does too. hope that helps!
Yes, they are compatible.
Because Boost does not use a GSM network, they use iDEN. Boost phones use a SIM card that is compatible with GSM phones for overseas roaming. However, iDEN is a very different standard from GSM. Most iDEN phones are not compatible with GSM networks, and GSM phones are not compatible with iDEN networks.
A ton. Any gsm phone uses sims.
ALL mobile phones have a SIM CARD - It's what distinguishes the individual identity of the phone.
usually card readers aren't compatable with blue tooth phones. typically you will have to get one that plugs in instead of a wireless handheld card reader
Not all cell phones are compatible with SIM cards. Some only work with a contract, and you need to unlock the phone before you can use a SIM card.
As T-mobile uses GSM technology all of their devices require a SIM card to operate on their network.
The short answer is no. Boost's newer iDEN phones do use a SIM card that can be used in GSM devices for international roaming but they will not work in GSM devices in the US. Most iDEN phones are not compatible with GSM networks, and GSM phones are not compatible with iDEN networks.
You must have a SIM card for the carrier you want to use and the phone must be compatible with that carrier.
yes, all the newer ones do. The really old ones don't like the i1000.
Verizon does not use sim cards in their phones (except the iPhone). So no you would not be able to use an AT&T Sim card in a new Verizon phone. sorry.
