The one on the right, holding the double-ended wrench, is General Alister Azimuth of the Lombax Praetorian Guard, and he is also the one seen speaking at the end of the trailer. The lombax on the left, holding the OmniWrench 8000, is Ratchet's father, Kaden. That is the only picture we see of him.
