As far a physical strength, the Paladin is stronger. It is meant to be a melee class and melee classes are always physically stronger than caster classes. Now, warlocks are stronger at magic damage as they are a caster. Magic damage goes right through armor.

ok. first go to nercropolis and click on artix. Do all of his quests (you dont have to do extra credit) Now the option "become a paladin" should be open. To train the armor you have to give artix undead slayer badges. The easiest way to get these is to invite artix, and then do the save moonridge quest. *note- you need to have a DA to use the paladin attacks

To train slayer you must go to the WC tele where the emotes should be. then u go into the little house with all the different teleports. when u walk into the house go to the last teleport on the right hand side. it will teleport you to the slayer tower. u must start out on chickens to train slayer, then move onto higher lvl creatures.
