I would suggest the 'Wispering Door', Talk to the lady in the Banered Mare ask if she has heard any rumors, she will tell you that the Jarl has been having trouble with his children, this should start the quest. (Note: This quest is unable to be completed if you have taken over Whiterun with either army or if Odahviing still being held captive.) Speak to the Jarl he will inform you of his son, and the son will inform you of the wispering door. If you just follow the quest guidelines you will finally recieve a daedric ebony blade that grows stronger when you murder someone that trusts you. It's worth the effort to get it.
