get win.RAR, download thier map from their website. when you have done that go search for a program called "run" when you have, type %appdata% click .minecraft then open bin when in the bin folder open "saves" folder open the win.rar file you downloaded from thier site then drag it into the saves folder exit out of that and then start playing thier map.
