Sepulchure does not have a battle ID. You can fight him by talking to Elysia in Falconreach and fight Sepulchure from there. Beware though, you cannot truly beat him anymore (you used to be able to beat him with the DoomKnight armor by using Life Carve, but it's impossible to hit him now due to his Dodge being ridiculously high).
