Credits can be earned using iEvony. You only become a memeber of iEvony by activating a code given to iEvony users to refer new iEvony users. Every 10 credits that you earn using iEvony can be transfered in 1 in game cent. You are able to exchange the credits when you log into Evony from the home page. Here you will see a button that says Exchange Cents.
