The piston doesn't twist it's way out. There is a ratchet screw adjustment that takes up the slack behind the piston. Screwing the piston back in resets the adjustment.
The arrow would normally indicate the front. You said arrows... Is there more than one arrow on the piston in question? What kind of piston?Anyway, a stock or stock replacement piston usually has one arrow or a little notch in it and that is to indicate the front.
You cant find replacement parts for that bike, but if its for a piston... a honda CR 125 dirt bike piston will help and fit, heights and dimensions are to the notch the exact same...
With the bolt open and locked, remove the magazine nut and slide the barrel and forend off the shotgun. Replace the nut on the magazine tube (you'll see why in a minute). If you look towards the end of the magazine tube (toward muzzle), you will see a round notch in it. Gently let the bolt move forward until the peg in the slide aligns with the round notch, and lift up carefully. When the slide releases from the piston, the piston will slide forward until it hits the magazine nut. You may now remove the magazine nut and slide the piston and magazine spring from the shotgun. Replace the piston and reassemble in reverse sequence.
If this is an Accord with rear drum (did they still make those in 05?) replace the cylinder. If it doesn't push in easily it is frozen and will never work again. Otherwise: Unmount the caliper and remove the pads. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the caliper parking brake lever. Use a purpose built tool (preferably not the cube shaped thing) to rotate the piston clockwise as it pushes the piston inward. Verify that the notch in the piston aligns with the teat of the brake pad. If not, rotate the piston counterclockwise until the notch is positioned to positively engage with the teat.
Notch
Well a V-notch gives better accurate results when compared to rectangular notch.
No notch is still alive

No way you're going to get Notch's password. Sorry.
One of the parts in the piston are the piston head,
