To access the Regis within the chamber, please follow these steps: Regirock: Enter the chamber and read the braille (in the middle). Then, take two steps down and two steps to the left. Then use Rock Smash. Ta-da! This rock-head is avalible at level 40! Regice: Read the Braille (the middle, I think you could presume that), then take a full clock-wise lap around the edge of the room (don't worry: This doesn't have anything to do with your P.E. grade) and stop at the middle of the braille (again). The door should then open. Then get ready to battle some ice at level 40. Registeel: Enter the chamber, and read the braille (I feel I don't need to tell you which braille). Then head for the middle of the room (try a couple of times if you need to) and use flash. This hard-core un-scratchable steel dude is at level 40, too.
