If you get the VR-11 (The Human Gun) in the mystery box, upgrade it in the Pack-a-Punch. Then find George and lead to the any water area, and shoot him in the water with your Pack-a-Punched VR-11. It will do it in one shot if you hit him. You can also kill him with bullet weapons in and out of water. The best way is to get the scavenger and/or ray gun, use up all your ammo on him, then Pack-a-Punch it and finish him off. Shotguns are also very effective against George.

in my honest opinion the flamethrower pack-a-punched is better because it will never run out of amo and will still carry on hurting the zombies after firing at them. but this gun will slow you down and your more likely to get caught by alot of zombies the ray gun pack-a-punched has plenty of amo and is amazingly powerful but it's too powerful, if your in a close range of an object or zombie and fire the ray gun, the splash damage will cause you to go down. so if using the ray gun try to keep as far range as possible hope this helps :) P.S I'm not saying the ray gun is bad, I'm just saying that in my opinion the flamethrower pack-a-punched is better
