A variety of items, most of which are worth a few thousand coins, at most. You can find a list in the RuneScape Wikia (runescape.wikia.com); but I would suggest you fight against members-only monsters instead; those tend to have better drops. For example, a good way to both train combat and get good drops is to do slayer tasks.
