The resurrect wings are when you double tap the screen and you get wings so if in the time period that you have the wings you fall they will let you keep going
Once you have boughten the wings, all you have to do is double tap the screen at any time you want. To make sure you have wings, you will see in the top right corner a sign showing wings.
