Also when you type in Boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true outside of a house like in the neighborhood then you go to a house you can drag the needs bars, the skills bars, and the relationships bars up and down. Although the skills bars dragging doesn't really register in the game unless the sim was using a skill object that builds the skill you just dragged.(for example; dragging the body bar up does no good unless they are on the workout machine, swimming, or doing yoga) And you have to drag it one skill point at a time; drag it, wait for the pop-up box saying that they gained a point, repeat.

A really good cheat that I know is one where you can raise all of your sims needs and skill (job promotion thingies) and personality points. Just put ctrl+shift+c in the neighborhood you picked and type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (pay attn. to the spaces and spelling) and enter a house and you can raise all of their bars, you can also shift+click (after doing the cheat above) the mailbox and click on make friends for me and your sim will be friends with everyone in the neighborhood. There are also 2 money cheatas I know, first enter a lot with a family in it then do ctrl+shift+cand type in motherlode in the little box. This will make your sim richer by $50,000 simoleons. For the other one do the same until the cheat box comes up and type in kaching for your sim or sims to be $1,000 simoleons richer.
