Unlock all cannons in super Mario DS?

there is a red flag in 2-3. go to the question mark which fills the whole area with water then instead of going in the passage go up and press the 2 nd question mark which will make more water appear, be fast otherwise it will disappear. then you swim up and there will be a passageway there follow it and it will lead you to the red flag which unlocks W2-A.

In W2-A when you reach the last spin jump go on it there is a tortoise near here when you are in the air try to land on the tortoise this will make you go higher and you wil reach the yellow pipe go in and go in the red pipe to the red flag which will unlock the cannon

Just talk to the correct red bob ombs except for the cannon outside the castle you need all 150 stars to open it
