yep i did it once and it turns off sound effects when you die and to do it you got to get all armour and have a bungie account and xbox live so here is the code on the last level
find an elite and then do up Dow across across down x a x b rb lb up up lt lt rt x x click down on left mover thingy then kill the elite and do it again... got it? but why would you want to turn of blood on halo? it doesn't fog up your screen like cod. it just looks cool
