It's in the level "First Steps", right after the first brick wall, there is a cardboard cut-out of a shoe. Go into your stickers and pull out the "Rainbow Shoe Sticker", and place it onto the cardboard cut-out. Shortly afterwards, a race start will drop down. You can choose to remove the sticker from the cut-out which will not take away the trophy but will take away the race, or you can do the race for extra points. You're welcome=]
