Yes. There are 2 Templar Lairs in which you both get a mission in each one. The missions are Liquid Gold and Shopaholic. These lairs are around the mercaneries HQ.
Locations: The aquaduct and The Trajan market but you only get them if you bought the special edtions or if you buy the new DLC (The Davinci's Dissapearance)

The lair isn't around the tents. its actually below it. look around the area until you find a deep empty pool. the only way to access it is to repair the aqueducts around the area and it will fill up a pool allowing you to reach the lair entrance.
