Depends, its dependant on whether or not their parents allow it. I know (I'm 13) that a lot of 10yr old people on Xbox Live play Halo: Reach, but as I said its their parents decision really. I would say yes;

It matters which Halo your talking about like Halo Reach, the newest Halo game of the series is good, but the other Halo's I wouldn't recommend unless you are totally into all this Halo action and just want to see how the others were for fun. I guess the other games are OK but you id rather spend my money on a newly refined game than an old version of it.
