Yes, if you need to play Nintendo games on iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads, make sure to get the Delta emulator to your device. Delta is the best emulator for playing old game systems like Nintendo.
No
If you've ever played San Andreas on PS2 or XBOX, you may hear extra noise. This is because of the high quality graphics, and if the PS2 and XBOX can barley generate graphics such as those if San Andres, I asure you there is no way possible that the DS could get anywhere close to those graphics.
I've also seen the YouTube video, which in case you didn't know, is fake, and in my opinion should be taken off for cunfusing people in such a way. The only way, that possibly but doubtfully may work, is to get a DS emulator and find a ROM image for it, which is risky.
Hope I Helped! :)
i don't think so

No. GTA: San Andreas was made for the PlayStation 2. But you can buy a $20 copy of it on PlayStation 2 and it will work in your PlayStation 3. All PS1 and PS2 games work in the PS3. Just like PS1 games worked in the PS2.
