You can't because you are oblige to be a member to walk your moshling so if you see a non-member walking his moshling, it means that there is a problem and if you know the person that walks his moshling without being a member ask him and if he know try!

If you are a paid Moshi Monster, you have access to all the moshling in your Moshling Zoo. If you are a free Basic member (non-member), you are only allowed to have access to two moshlings at a time. The rest of your moshlings are kept in your Moshling Zoo and you are able to access them once you become a paid Moshi Member.

No. You have to be a (paid) Moshi Member to get your moshling to follow your Moshi Monster.

It depends on the moshling. If the moshling is attracted to a Crazy Daisy or a Snap Apple, then you have to be a paid Moshi Member to get that moshling. If you get the moshling by completing a Super Moshi Mission, then you have to be a paid Moshi Member.
