depends on the Zelda game your playing, if it's the hammer from phantom hourglass, you must go to mutoh's temple 3rd floor and its in a chest straight ahead of you, if it's the skull hammer from wind waker, you must go to forsaken fortress for the 2nd time and defeat phantom ganon who you meet straight away by playing pong with your sword and an energy ball and if its the megaton hammer from ocarina of time your bummed because i have no idea, awesome game and I've completed it but i don't remember how to get the hammer, all i know is that it's on the adult link goron temple, soz.
After you get the four sword, you go to the tower and defeat umm...whatever his name is. When you do, he sends you to the dark world again but in a different place. You go to the tower that has a crystal in it. Then you get in and do a lot of stuff and when there is a split in the road, you go LEFT and bomb the ground that has cracks. Then you go down and you go UP and get the master key. Then find the chest by falling steps then you get it! (How to beat the boss is you whack the mask and pop it off. Then you shoot arrows at his,umm... emerald? I guess so.)
when you are in the dark world, there are 7 numbers on the map. go to the first one. wile going thrue the grassy maze, you will find a mokey named kiki.
to go thrue maze, follow the holes of the to of the maze. you will need 10 rubes for kiki to follow you and 100 rubies for kiki to open the castle. figure that casle out and find the hammer in the big chest
To open the chest, you have to find a key, called the big key

Actually, yes! At the end of Zelda 2: The Adventure Of Link, once you've beaten the entire game, Zelda and Link kiss! I'm pretty sure they go on to get married too...
The Magic Hammer in A Link To The Past is somewhere inside the Palace of Darkness. As far as exact location inside the palace, I'm sorry, but I am not sure on that... I hope my answer was helpful!
