Open up the cheat box by pressing Ctrl+Alt+c
type in unlockCareerRewards or you can open the cheat box, type in help and you'll find that cheat and a whole list of others.
Once you've pressed enter, the sim that you have currently selected will have unlocked all their career rewards.
Type in this cheat 3 times and your sim will gain 3 rounds of career rewards ect...
Since the cow plant is a career reward, you can get however many com plants you want.
