Deathwing was once known as Neltharion the Earthwarder, and was one of the great Dragon Aspects. These were dragons empowered by the Titans to guard and foster Azeroth while they were elsewhere in the universe.
However, Neltharion was corupted by the Old Gods, who tricked him into creating the Dragon Soul, and managed to get the other Dragon Aspects to add their power to it as well. However, its corruption caused Neltharion to become a horribly scarred dragon, fire erupting from his skin from open wounds.
He had thorium plating encased into his skin in order to keep the flames in check, and became an engine of destruction, calling himself Deathwing.
Eventually, Deathwing was caught and imprisoned in Tol Barad, leaving his children Onyxia and Nefarian to manage the Black Dragonflight in his absence. This imprisonment will soon end in the next expansion for WoW, Cataclysm.
Deathwing will be released and destroy the world as we know it, changing Azeroth completely while sending his elemental minions to control this post-apocalyptic world.
If you are referring to Death Wing as he flies through random zones killing everyone - you don't find him, he finds you.
He appears randomly, suddenly the skies turn red and people start dying in fires. You can't predict it, and if you enter the zone after he's already in there, it's too late to get the achievement. So spend a lot of time in different zones and hope you get "lucky"
'Deathwing' is the name of a 'realm' or server in the online game World of Warcraft. The guild (group of players) currently ranked at the top of Deathwing is Enigma, which is ranked the 15th strongest guild in World of Warcraft as of May 2013.

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/cataclysm/?rhtml=yBasically, the dragon DeathWing returns......dun dun dun..
In all actuality there is really only one true black dragon, Deathwing. all others that are "Black" are really chromatic, ebon, and mixbreeds with the other dragon races. Deathwing killed his own to become the most powerful of the Aspects. Maybe soon Deathwing will show what he's been cooking up in the Maelstrom.
Because blizzard finds the world to boring. Deathwing has returned they say! And so be it. When Deathwing emerges it begins to sunder the earth!
The Black Dragonflight is one of the major dragonflights on Azeroth. It includes Black wyrms, dragons, drakes, whelps, dragonkin, and drakonid. It is under the command of Deathwing (and Onyxia and Nefarian). It is also the name of one of the official World of Warcarft realms.
Deathwing hands down.
Deathwing Over Veynaa was created in 1980.
Currently, The Lich King, Arthas. He is the big man to beat. In Cataclysm, due to be released sometime in 2010, it will be Deathwing. Overall It would have to be Sargeras, Corrupted titan. He was, by some definition, killed at some point so yeah.
Before Deathwing turned evil he was known as Neltharion the Earth-Warder.
Blizzard, the makers of World of Warcraft, has not released any information on when Mists of Pandaria will be released. Since patch 4.3 (the deathwing raid patch) is not even out yet (as of 10/23/2011), it will be a while, maybe late summer/early winter of 2012.
The Maelstrom was created when the Well of Eternity collapsed in on itself during the Great Sundering. There are rumors (unconfirmed at best) that in Cataclysm, Deathwing (the new big baddie) will emerge from Deepholm and enter Azeroth through the Maelstrom. The Maelstrom is located dead center in the world map and depicted by a giant swirly vortex.
