1. Turn on your system (with NO device or game in it)
2. Click X. There will be a list of icons that are your saved stuff. Eg., An Ogre head for a Shrek game.
3.Just click on one, press it, and select the option DELETE. Do this to however many you want.
(NOTE: This works on PS2, so I'm not sure if it'll work on PSP. But it's worth a shot. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you mean to completely delete the whole playstation network stuff then it is impossible unless you hack it witch i highly dont think u should. if u get cought with a hacked psp then u can get put in prison or juvie for atleaset 2 months

When you delete a save game file, it is gone, forever. You can go to Gamefaqs.com, search for your game, click on saves, click on a gamesave you want, save it onto your computer, unzip the file, hook up your PSP to your computer via USB cable, locate your PSP, click on SAVEDATA, drag the unzipped file onto there and your done.
