There are not a lot of games that give Avatar rewards, but games such as Splosion Man will give you a shirt when completing certain requirements (for example, smashing your first pane of glass, or completing the multiplayer mode). The Halo add-on Waypoint, Left 4 Dead 2, and the new Lips game also has Avatar rewards.

There are 13 awards u can get at halo Waypoint and u get them by completing certain achievements.They tell u what achievements u need for each award u can get odst armor, helmet, t-shirt,or jacket for ur avatar and u can get spark to fly around ur avatar and that just to name a some of them.
