I actually thought it was cool to be able to play Aerosmith songs, since Aerosmith is one of my favorite bands. I thought the game was fun (though I have joked that eventually we'll have Guitar Hero KISS or Guitar Hero AC / DC.) - Jeenius man Personally I was not "annoyed". Aerosmith did not sell themselves to Guitar Hero in order to make the game. Guitar Hero usually actually asks permission to make the games with the bands as the main subject. I do not think that Aerosmith was trying to get any point across that included making their image look better. Guitar Hero is made for people who like to play music they actually like. Therefore if Aerosmith had not helped to contribute to this game, Aerosmith fans would be totally disappointed with this long-awaited Guitar Hero Version. :) - babyjubjub4ever
it depends on if slipknot gains enough credibility. the only reason why they made guitar hero metallica and aerosmith and such is because they are EXTREMELY popular, and all the fans out there were rampaging the guitar hero makers for such games. once slipknot become extremely popular, and the gh makers think making such a game will make them a lot of money, then yes. so far, it looks like they could really make a guitar hero: slipknot.
We have been able to use all our guitars on GH5 which is aerosmith, world tour, and legends of rock guitars. Had no problems with any of em . Hope that helps... Marcie
Sorry, you cant. The Microphone and Drums prehephrals were needlessly added after the release of guitar hero 3 to make sure activision got as much money as they could.
Yes, they do still make Guitar Hero.
Guitar Hero made around $2 Billion from all 5 Guitar Hero's in Activision alone neglecting the other sponsors of the newest/greatest hit in the gaming industry worldwide.
No. How do you expect Guitar Hero to make any money off of download-able songs if people can just play their own?
it really depends what you want, aerosmith has songs by aerosmith and plenty of classic rock songs and only has guitar compatability, while world tour has an even spread of songs of different categorys, it is more recent and allows the use of all instruments. I would prefer world tour, but I havn't really played aerosmith, you can check out what songs are on them and see if that helps make an honest decision I would say world tour. It has more variety.
That is a choice you have to make yourself although most people would say it is a bit of a waste of money to get both.
On the original Guitar Hero, make sure you're playing on Medium or higher difficulty setting so you earn money. Then go to the shop in the career mode main menu.
The final Guitar Hero they will ever make is Guitar Hero: Warriors Of Rock. They are, however, still going to make more Rock Band games
No, there is not a Jonas Brothers Guitar Hero, but I hope they make one!!
