To convert a blue masked healthen villager just click and drag your villager on him. the job is simple when you have master devotee. you must repeat it many times until they are converted. if a yellow light glows above the heathen villager leave him alone for some time. to convert red and yellow masked healthen villager you need earth quack power.

No, you cant have a baby villager of your own, but you can get baby villagers in less than 10 seconds. All you have to do is find or spawn a villager, right click the villager as many times as you want, hit the villager, and you can have baby villagers (FYI, BABY VILLAGERS ARE VERY ANNOYING!)
You can breed as many times as you want.
As far as I know, you don't "beat" the Virtual Villager games. The goal is to raise a thriving village, to survive, raise children, and train your villagers to be accomplished in many areas and eventually become esteemed elders.
Answer: I would say around 3 times per 2 months, and if that is too many, breed as much as you can fill!
a buck can breed about once a day and a doe shoud only be breed about once a year
