Pressumably you already have level 70 Dungeoneering if you ask. As a rough estimate, I would say about the same time it took you to get Dungeoneering from level 1 to level 70; perhaps a little less. Every 7 levels, the total number of xp required to reach that level doubles, approximately (this rule-of-thumb formula fails for the very lowest levels), so at 77 Dungeoneering you'll have approximately twice the total experience points as at level 80. On the other hand, at higher levels you'll get experience points more quickly, so you should advance some more than 7 levels in the same time than it took you to get to your current level.

From 1-80 takes around 100 hours. From 50 to 80 i'll say around 70-80 hours to go I'm guessing. 5 hours a day for about 2 weeks should be enough.
It would take about 1 month or maybe longer or shorter depending on the hours you play. but once you get 80 dungeoneering and get a chaotic weapon it is very much worth it. Also once you get your first chaotic, it has been said to be 3 times quicker for your next one :P
80 mi / 70 mph = 1.14 hr = 1 hr 8.6 min
1 hour 8 minutes.
1 hour 8.5 minutes.

The answer depends on the extent of rounding.
70 + 80 + 70 + 30+ 80 + 80+ 80 = 490
If you take I-15 to I-70, and I-70 to I-80, and then go North in Des Moines, It is approximately 1,660 miles and takes about 24 hours nonstop travel.
let x = decrease 80- 80 x = 70 80(1-x) = 70 1-x =70/80 x = 1-70/80 = 0.125 = 12.5%
