It depends what you like. In Zero Mission, you are more stealthy in some parts and is a remake of the original, and Fusion, it is rather scary, and you have to use your mind a LOT.
But that is really in all Metroid games, but you get what I'm saying.
You turn on your GBA with Metroid Zero Mission and link it to your GBA with Metroid Fusion, BUT when you turn on Fusion, hold select and start or maybe it's L and R but the Nintendo sign will disappear. Then on the Zero Mission menu, you select Fusion Link and then it downloads the entire Fusion Gallery to your Zero Mission cartridge. Enjoy!
There is no next mission there is the awesome game Metroid Fusion (metroid 4) have a good day
You can, but i don't know how. And there is no game called "Metroid Zero". Did you mean "Metroid Zero Mission"?

yes. i know one.if you have metroid prime and a gamecube, then when you have completed metroid prime, plug your gameboy (with the fusion cartridge in it) into the GCN. then you should be able to play as zero suit samus in metroid fusion. im not entirely sure how this works, but i read it in several websites. google it.
